Single Occupancy En-suite 35 euros per night Breakfast Included.   

• Bunks per person per night 12 euros.    
• Extra beds available for per person rate - Please enquire.   
• Cot/extra child bed supplied - Children under 3 free and 4-14 year olds Half Price.      
• Exclusive rental of 3 Bedroom house with use of the Pool and Gardens 450 euros per week

Winter Season - October to April

• Single Occupancy En-suite 25 euros per night Flat Rate Breakfast Included   
• Extra Adult bed price per person as above

Payment and cancellation Policy   

To reserve a room we require a confirmation email and a 25% deposit upon booking.   

To book our Casita, or for Group bookings and for Summer Season May - September bookings we require full payment in advance 4 weeks prior to arrival.

In cases of Full Payment paid in advance -    

• Cancellation within 30-14 days 50% returned   
• Cancellation within 14-0 days 0% returned   

In cases of Deposit Only payment we will honour the deposit towards your next booking if notice is given up to 14 days prior to arrival.
