The Olive Branch is a B&B accommodation in El Chorro and we would like to invite you to come and stay in rural Spain at our beautiful hillside home, surrounded by the majestic mountains of Andalucia.

We are a small family run accommodation 5 mins from El Chorro village and we like to have a warm, friendly and relaxed atmosphere for our guests. We are in the Spanish countryside with a rustic property so the rendered features of our guesthouse are typical of this type of property and give it lots of character.

For climbing in El chorro we are well located, just opposite all the main crags of El Chorro and we are only a few minutes from the Camino Del Rey (The Kings Walk). The famous Kings Path is a tourist attraction and a challenge for many climbers as parts of it have collapsed. The views are spectacular and the lakes on the other side are beautiful.

For walking in El chorro, and mountain biking in Andalucia, we are well located as a great base for many activities. There are many beautiful walks in the immediate vicinity and we have some routes with GPS points for guests to use. Take a look at our activities page for further information.

At our accommodation we have five lovely decorated and basic furnished en-suite bedrooms, four with enclosed tiled showers and one with a wetroom bathroom, and all with towels and bedding provided. We have a large well-kitted communal guest kitchen so the tea/coffee making facilities are here and there is a communal dining room for you to use. Alternatively you can eat out on one of our two terraces in warmer weather and take in the awesome views and we also have a BBQ for guests to use. Our terraces overlook the mountains and valley below and they also have a lovely view of our beautiful swimming pool.

Across the other side of the property we have a separate self-contained 3 bedroom guesthouse available. You have the option of individual bed and breakfast bedrooms or renting the entire house for exclusive use. The house has an open plan kitchen, dining and living room and a bathroom with a shower and a bath. Upstairs there are 2 small adjoining single bedrooms and 1 very large double/family/bunk room. The house can sleep up to 8 people with towels and bedding provided. 

In the winter climbing season our property has a more relaxed look and feel about it. Our outdoor terrace furniture is more relaxed and the dining tables from the terrace are indoors due to the rainy weather.  The dining room has a log burner and offers a cosy place to rest on the colder days! The busy times in the climbing season are Christmas and New year week and Easter. We have some groups on or around these weeks and there is a real communal atmosphere and fun times to be had during these dates!

We also have 2 outside toilets/showers for our campers to use and we offer laundry facilities on site.

Our gardens are rocky and natural hillside full of olive trees and our swimming pool is beautiful, somewhere you can relax and enjoy the sun whilst taking in the breathtaking scenery. If you are looking for a quiet, tranquil retreat away from it all then our accommodation in El Chorro is perfect.
